Care Home Fees
Fees at Devon Lodge depend on the type of accommodation and the level of care required. All fees are payable four weeks in advance, and in some cases may be supported by local authority or health service funding. Please speak to the Manager for specific details.
What the Fees Cover

Residents are responsible for personal items such as newspapers, and optional services like hairdressing or chiropody, though arrangements can be made through the home if desired.
Room Facilities and Charges
All rooms include call bells, TV points, and telephone points. Residents may choose to connect a telephone at their own cost.
Fee Reviews
Fees are reviewed annually or more frequently if care needs or running costs change.
